Waverly Yowell Elementary School students participated in a fundraiser to collect items to send to a school is Texas that was affected by Hurricane Harvey. We are proud to announce that we will be sending their school 17 boxes of supplies, books, and games our students brought in for them!
Students at WMS have began a fundraiser to help students affected by Hurricane Harvey. The initiative has been incorporated into our MadConnects Program under the direction of Instructional Coach Jared Morris. School supplies and monetary donations will be provided to a school in south Houston. We plan to continue communication and build a lasting relationship with the school. Kudos to our students for bringing this worthy cause to our guidance department. Madison Pride is alive and well in our young Mountaineers.
