Pfizer Vaccine Clinic for Children Ages 5-11

As you may have learned from recent news reports, the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine is now approved for children ages 5-11.

On Saturday, November 20th, the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) will be coming to Waverly Yowell Elementary School to provide Pfizer vaccines from 9-11 a.m.  They will be providing vaccines to those under age 12 with the 5-11 formulation, and those age 12 + with the regular Pfizer dose that has been approved since May 2021.

Parent/guardian consent and presence is required for students to be vaccinated at the school. This vaccine has no cost associated with it and there is no insurance information needed.

The below links will take you directly to the registration/consent form for your child, if you choose for them to be vaccinated at this clinic.
