Madison County Public Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025. 12-Month employees are on Code 1. The School Board meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow night at 7:00 has been rescheduled and will be held in conjunction with the Board’s Work Session already scheduled for Wednesday, January 15th. The Work Session will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the reorganization of the School Board Chair and Vice-chair positions then immediately go into the budget work session. At 6:35 the Board will go into Closed Session with the regular Board meeting starting at 7:00 p.m.
