In order to prepare students to live, learn, work, and be leaders in today’s world, Madison County Public Schools (MCPS) district provides access to and education on the use of a wide variety of technologies.  At the center of this effort is the fact that we must teach students how to access, acquire, evaluate, and utilize the vast amount of information that is readily available to them.  It is these types of skills that we believe will have a transformative effect on our students and make them successful not only at Madison, but in all endeavors.

MCPS has recognized the increasingly important role that technology will play in students’ lives and as a result has invested a great deal of resources into building a first class enterprise. This investment has resulted in a technology enterprise that is agile and able support all aspects of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school management.
